Do I have to wait for an enrollment start date?
No! You can register at any time. Most of the time we can have lessons beginning in about a week!
At what age is it best to start music lessons?
Because this varies with each instrument here are some general guidelines:
Piano: ages 5 and older
Guitar: ages 7 and older
Voice: ages 10 and older
Do I need a piano to take piano lessons?
Students need to own a full-size keyboard (88 keys) with weighted keys and a damper pedal, or an acoustic piano.
Do you offer make-up lessons?
Yes! You have three to use at your discretion each calendar year.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Lessons are purchased on a month-to-month basis.
Is there an enrollment fee?
Yes, a $25 enrollment/registration fee is required before taking lessons. This holds your placement in the instructor’s schedule.
Will I have to purchase any music books?
Yes, most instructors will have you purchase music books. Your instructor will recommend the method they think is best for you or your student based on age, experience, interest, or learning style.
Do you have a studio location?
Yes, we do have a studio location, but it is currently full. However, we have instructors who will drive to your home! Just think– no more driving from here to there, and then back again!
