Tuition and Materials:

Tuition is based upon enrollment; therefore, any attendance during a month constitutes a full month’s tuition. Monthly tuition is mandatory until the studio has received a written request of cancellation. The monthly payment reserves you a place in the studio schedule. Monthly lessons are paid for in advance. For example, tuition for March lessons would be paid for on March 1st.

Tuition is due by the first day of the month. A late fee of $15.00 will be charged for tuition not received before the 5th of the month and lessons will be suspended. Tuition covers the private lesson time and performance opportunities. All Things Musik reserves the right to terminate lessons to any student without providing notice. If All Things Musik terminates lessons, a refund for unused lessons will be given.

A non-refundable $35.00 family registration fee is due at the time of registration.

Payment may be made by e-check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or debit card. Instructors are not authorized to accept payment.

Students are responsible for providing a suitable instrument for instruction. Tuition does not include the costs for lesson books, materials etc.

Missed Lessons/Make up lessons:

No refunds or credits are given for missed lessons.  We do offer make-up lessons (three per calendar year).  Make-up lessons will be scheduled during the designated make-up lesson weeks noted on the lesson calendar.  To be eligible for a make-up lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice of the upcoming missed lesson.

If you are not present for your scheduled lesson within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, you forfeit that lesson and will not be offered a make-up lesson.

If an instructor needs to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be made-up within 30 days. All Things Musik reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if necessary.

Scheduled Lessons:

No contract is required to take lessons. Lessons are on a month-by-month basis. In most cases, chosen time slots cannot be changed. However, we understand that sometimes schedules change, we will try to accommodate a time/day change, but nothing is guaranteed.

Attendance/Practice:

Regular attendance and practice is essential if progress is going to be made. Your instructor will recommend a practice regimen. It is recommended to practice the day of and the day following your lessons. As the instructor is reserving time for each student, it is important to keep student absences to a minimum.

Release for Photography:

I give permission for All Things Musik, to publicize in any manner any photo or video of me or my child at any time. I will alert the managing director, Emily Kline, if I (or my child) do not wish to be photographed.
