Composition

Nick started taking private piano lessons at the age of six years old until his freshman year of college. During high school Nick was involved in the percussion section of  Drumline, Jazz Band and Marching Band. During these same years of high school Nick also developed an interest in composing music which was the discovery of his passion for writing and composing with the piano. Over the years, Nick has composed music for independent plays, Short films, Bands, Spotify, and most recently an upcoming project formatted for a Netflix style docuseries called “One Star Rising”. When Nick is not composing music he enjoys giving back what he has learned through teaching. Nick has been teaching for four years out of the Edina school district through a program that helps kids not only succeed in piano but other instruments like the ukulele and guitar. Nick was also accepted into the Berklee College of Music where he plans to finish his bachelor’s degree in Composition over the next two years.
