Aspen

Aspen is a classically trained pianist with 15 years of formal study and a strong background in vocal performance. She studied voice under an opera singer and has extensive experience as a music educator and ensemble director. Aspen taught keys and vocal instruction at School of Rock for three years, where she fostered increased student engagement in performances and live shows.  She thrives helping students both in reading music and understanding classical theory, as well as listening by ear and learning how to play/write with a group of other instruments. In addition to private instruction, Aspen coordinated, ran, and directed a variety of music ensembles, guiding students through performances across multiple genres. Her musical experience also includes long-term involvement in church choirs, cantoring, and school madrigal singers, reflecting a well-rounded foundation in both performance and music education.

Some other hobbies include reading, coding, painting, and playing rugby.  She also works in healthcare, as a PCT in an ER at a hospital and as a CNA at a nursing care facility.
